HomeI am a psychotherapist located in Fairfield, CT. I received my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in 1989. I have since worked in the fields of Addiction, Mental Health, and Children and Families. I currently work with adults and children. I specialize in trauma and addiction, but work well with many different mental health issues including, depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias, emotion regulation, sleep disorders, marital discord, and family problems. I have a holistic approach to treatment and use a mindfulness based practice. I am person centered and use eclectic techniques such as psychodynamics, EMDR, hypnotherapy, CBT and DBT.
